Tasting Notes: On the nose, Valmur 2023 is both expressive and restrained, offering yellow and white‑fleshed fruits such as peach and apricot alongside citrus zest, floral hints of hawthorn and a pronounced chalky minerality. Beneath the fruit, subtle suggestions of fresh bread, iodine and cool stone underline its origin in one of Chablis’ most limestone‑driven sites.

On the palate, the wine is full‑bodied and incisive, with impressive density and a firm, saline structure that gives an impression of austerity in its youth.
